- Venue is on corner of Kenneth St and South Beach in middle of town centre, opposite Bus Station. No car parking at venue but there are car parks nearby.

- Capacity 220 tiered padded fixed seats. Auditorium has capability for downstairs seating to be retracted and for space to open up and include bar & café areas too.
- Mobile reception good all networks.

Hall Details
- Stage: 8M wide x 5M deep (depth to back wall varies from 5.6M to 10M) with 2M demountable forestage. Height of proscenium 4.8M, height of stage approx 0.75M. Wings SR from 1.5M – 4.5M max, SL from 1.5M – 3.5M max. Crossover behind back blacks. Access treads available both sides. 6 hemp flying bars.
- Décor: stage has black box & black floor, auditorium walls dark blue with mahogany colour wooden panelling. FOH tabs are motorised (reefer style).
- Get-in: through scene dock, flat, straight, 2 sliding doors. Approx 20M from van loading area to stage. 2.2M wide x 3.1M high.
- Acoustics good.
- Blackout perfect.
- Heating by underfloor system.
- Piano – unknown. Smoke detectors can be isolated.
- Motorised personnel lift and ladders available for access.

- Power: 100amp 3-phase incomer in SL wing. 63amp 3-phase socket on stage.
- Full stage lighting rig – ETC Express 24/48 desk or Zero88 Solution 48 ch desk, 36 channels Zero88 dimmers + additional 18 channels in portable rack if requested; 6 x S4 750w profile spots, 8 x 650w profile spots, 10 x 650w fresnels, 14 x Par64, 10 x 500w Par64, 6 x 500w floods. Followspot available. Various moving lights. 3 stage LX bars & 2 LX FOH bridges & 2 FOH vertical booms.
- Concert PA system – Midas Venice 32 channel desk, QSC amps, graphic EQ & effects rack, Martin full range speakers & Wharfedale Monitors, selection of Shure, AKG mics & stands, 4 x radio mics, 5 x DI boxes. CD player. Comms set stage – control room – fly floor.
- Projection – cinema 2K digital projector + 7.6M x 3.2M screen. Also portable Christie LX45 projector.
- Houselights are dimmable lights on bridges and side walls, operated from control room & stage right wing.
Backstage
- 3 dressing rooms with separate toilets and showers.
- Kitchen, green room and laundry facilities available.
- Café upstairs.
